Timberline Valley RV Resort
Timberline Valley RV Resort is a secluded spot that’s nestled between Chesterfield and Anderson. The 80-acre property has 98 campsites, so you can be sure to find a nice spot out. The property features two large ponds and a huge lake that has a sandy beach, and it also has a 13-acre island in the river. Even though this is primarily an RV campsite, there are also cabin rentals for those who don’t have RVs.
Lake Haven Retreat
This is a beautiful 22-acre facility that is very accessible from downtown Indianapolis. The airport, downtown, and major shopping malls are all within an 8-mile radius and that would explain why some RVers stay here all year. You can even get a strong internet signal which can come in handy when staying for long. You can also have some catch and release action on the 5-acre lake.
